attn: everybody, but especially people I have BAMF logs with.
This week I've been busier at work than usual so I'm not really managing to tag from there. Sigh. That's because next Wednesday I leave for My First Business Trip (TM). Basically I'm around some tomorrow night, maybe a little bit Saturday evening because I have to spend all damn day Saturday baking cookies in Long Island, then I'm around allll day Sunday for your RPing pleasure. Monday night is the office Christmas party which is ugh. RPing > office Christmas party, especially because we're having it in the actual office this year, which is obviously sucko.
Also I inro'ed one character at Steamtrek then fell out of the loop on commenting on intros/introing my other etc. I may have to wait to jump back in that stuff until after The Business Trip of Doom. If you're a Steamtrekker who has wandered here please feel free to friend me and we'll be friends later.
Not having the time to be as on top of RP as I'd like to be is a weird and unsettling feeling.

This meme sounds fun! I should be actually tagging things but I will distract myself with this instead.
Comment with one of my characters (and one of yours for #3) and I will tell you:

1 icon that doesn't really fit the character, but I can't live without.

Today was a bad day for people walking up behind me while I was doing embarrassing RP related things. I am constantly vowing to stop RPing so much from work. :\ Starting next week I'm finally getting more officially trained in my new position and will be gradually getting busier... so I should enjoy it while I can, but oh god, people must think I'm so weird and shady. :\ :\

Mouse update! Roommate IM'ed me to tell me about the mouse and I feigned ignorance (but, Alya, did not pretend I'd thought it was a sock, haha.)
She said it was running around (!? it was mostly dead this morning!) and she found our super and got him to kill it and tipped him $20. So we DO have a man around to do this stuff... we just have to pay him. haha.
Bored at work today... Antsy and ready to go.......

icky story!!
So this morning I wasn't feeling great so I was heading to work a little late and lo and behold there is A DEAD MOUSE ON MY LIVING ROOM FLOOR.
And for a minute I'm like "fuck it, it's not going anywhere, I'll go to work and roomie can deal with it when she wakes up."
But then I remember that my roommate is kind of neurotic and if she has to deal with the dead mouse she will freak out and I will never hear the end of it. So since I'm late anyway I decide to suck it up and take care of it, and my plan is to sweep it (ew ew) into my dustpan and then (ew ew) put it in a bag and I just have to carry a dead thing down the stairs and to the corner to toss it out, no big deal.
Then I go to sweep it and it stirs a little, like "why you wakin' me up from my sleep?" EWWWW. I poke it again and same thing. It must be dying because it was moving realllly slow and I know the kindest thing to do would be to like, put it out of its little mousey misery, but fuck if I know how to finish off a mouse!!
So then I didn't know what to do because carrying a dead mouse down to the street and throwing it out is one thing but carrying a MOSTLY dead mouse is ENTIRELY different.
So I just left it there!!!!
